  • Does Roamless offer a discount on my first eSIM purchase?

    Yes, new Roamless users get a US$1.25 pay-as-you-go credit when they activate their eSIM, worth up to about 500MB of data, and Roamless also runs promo-code campaigns for first-time buyers. Enter a promo code before paying, on the purchase summary screen in the app or at website checkout. The credit is limited to one per account or device.

  • Do Roamless credits expire?

    Purchased pay-as-you-go/FLEX credits and referral rewards do not expire and stay in your account until used. Promotional bonus credits, free credit or data rewards, and fixed 30-day data plans do have validity periods and can expire if not used.

  • How does Roamless pay-as-you-go pricing work?

    Roamless pay-as-you-go uses a wallet-style FLEX balance that you top up in advance; data is billed per megabyte at each destination's per-GB rate. The same balance can be used across 200+ destinations and for in-app calls, and it does not expire.

    Yes, one Roamless eSIM works in Singapore and across Asia, including Japan, Thailand, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong and South Korea. Asia and Oceania are among the regions in its 200+ destination coverage.
